ShalomVeg.com Recipes

4 cups shredded sweet potatoes or yams
1 cup shredded onion
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
  1. Shred potatoes and onion and mix.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Heat thin layer of oil in pan.
  4. Form latkes and cook until golden brown on both sides.
